Apparently Angels 2B Howie Kendrick did not get the memo.  If he had, this might not have happened:

I love the look Cespedes gives toward home after muffing the ball but before retrieving it.  It was one of supreme confidence as if to say, “I got this.”

Yoenis Cespedes has a missile for a right arm and should have to register his ownership of it with local authorities.  That way at least opposing base runners might stand a chance.
